Best restaurants to open at WDW in the last 10 years

We’re a one table service a day type of family. Skip MK dining, and others are older restaurants. Think everything opened within the last 10 years. Lots of similarities to what’s listed:

Animal Kingdom: Tiffin’s

Disney Springs:Boathouse

Resort: Topolino’s , Yachtsman Steakhouse , Steakhouse 71

I don’t know how old some of these restaurants are (we only started going in 2018) but I like Space 220, Toledo, Tiffins, Steakhouse 71, Sana’a, Boma, Flying Fish, and Morimoto Asia.

Definitely trying The Boathouse.

We ate at it the week it opened and the chef wouldn't cook my steak how I liked it - totally put me off going there ever again.

Good to know! My husband is pretty particular about his medium rare steaks. I’m ok with anything medium rare to a little past medium, but nothing past that. Seems like cooking a steak to your desire level should be standard.

Steakhouse 71 at the Contemporary. My fiancé and I took a trip last August without the kids and I booked it as our arrival night dinner and he asked me to see if there was any availability for our last night because our meal was just divine. It’s a must do for us now!

Toledo (a hidden gem)
Citricos (as far as I'm concerned...the renovation made this restaurant new again)

Maybe The Boathouse just had a bad day I would give them another chance. My family members have food allergies and when we were there during Thanksgiving Week 2021 they were so wonderful accommodating them. The chef even came out again to make sure everything was ok.

Thanks for all your responses. We ended up booking a mixture of old favorites and a few new spots to try. I couldn’t find an evening to spare in our schedule to get over to Disney Springs so not eating at any of those.

Of the newer spots we haven’t tried before I ended up booking Space 220, Skipper Canteen and Ale and Compass.
