hi everyone,
im going to disney world with my extended family (10 adults 10 kids) we need to make dining plans and i was wondering what restaurants people suggest. we have the dining plan with one table service and one counter service. we are hoping to do a sit down meal all together every night. we also dont want to eat in Epcot every night (even though thats where the best food is;) what different resaurants do people suggest? all the help will be greatly appreciated sense we are going very soon and reservations need to be made within the next few days!!!:scared: thank you so much:love:

Boma at AKV lodge has a wonderful buffet w/ African & American Fare, both for Breakfast & Dinner!

Liberty Tree Tavern at MK has good homestyle food served family style and can accomodate big parties.

Tusker House at AK has a wonderful Character Breakfast Buffet w/Mickey, Goofy, Donald etc. (I think they do lunch too) The kids would love it!

Le Cellier at Epcot is wonderful for lunch or dinner.

DHS has the Sci-Fi Restaurant which is good and the 50's Prime Time Cafe has good fried chicken and pot roast (son's favorite)

Anyway, just a few options we tried when we traveled as a party of 11 this Jun at our family reunion.

Have a blast, just 24 more days to go!

I am worried for you!!!
Folks have been making reservations, for parties of all sizes for 6 months. If you are going soon, on the Dining Plan, you may be sorely disappointed.
You need to call ASAP to see if ANYTHING is available for a party of 20.
Good Luck

You need to accept the fact that at most of the restaurants, you will not all be able to sit together. It's also going to be difficult to get ADR's for a trip that's in 25 days  especially for such a large group :scared1:

Check out some of the resort restaurants, they're usually a little easier to get (especially the ones not next to a park)

Here are a few thoughts:
Boma at AKL, Cape May Cafe Clambake at BC, Turf Club at SSR is usually easy to get into but really good food, Biergarten in Germany, ESPN Club at the Boardwalk doesn't take ADR's but you're certain to be broken up into smaller groups, Planet Hollywood at DTD could work.

Good luck :goodvibes
