What's your recommendation for the best restaurants in Disney Orlando? My only experience was with the Crystal Palace buffet, which was pretty good

Forgot to mention the breakfast buffet at Animal Kingdom resort. Although I cannot remember the name of the place

it's Victoria & Alberts, but somehow I don't think that is what you are looking for.

The restaurant at AK Lodge that has a breakfast buffet is Boma.

Wow, you've really left this one open! So many foavorites...

Adult Dining
Citrico's or California Grill (although I have not been to V&A's yet)

Magic Kingdom
Love the Crystal Palace. We always have lunch there on the day we arrive. It sets the mood for the trip.

Disney Studios
50's Prime Time - That place is so much fun!

EPCOT
Can't say I have a favorite yet. Still making my way around the World Showcase

ANIMAL KINGDOM
Not alot of sit down dining choices. Next trip I am going to try going over to the AKV for dinner at Boma or Jiko's, or maybe both.

FAVORITE CHARACTER DINING
So far, Crystal Palace. BUT I am still trying to get a ressie at Chef Mickey's. I liked Cinderella's Table for the effect more than the food.

Just came back from WDW, my favorite meal was at California Grill, everything was very tasty and the filet melted in my mouth. I also thought that Tutto Italia was very good (I definitely want to go back there).
I also really liked breakfast and dinner at Boma
I've eaten at Hollywood Brown Derby three times and each time the food was excellent

so many choices depending on what type of dinner!
upscale - california grill
moderate- boma for buffet, kona or grand floridian are actually pretty decent
wolfgang puck express for quick service
earl of sandwich for sandwiches (columbia house is also good)
:thumbsup2

We like (and again, depends on your tastes but...):
Boma (buffet is fun and food is good)
Ohana-sentimental fav.
Akershus-another sentimental must
Coral Reef-it's just cool to eat with the fish:)
Raglan Road-scallops and the chowder...I could live on them:)
Wolfgang Puck's Express and Cafe-love the potato chips at Express and the sushi at the Cafe
Yak & Yeti-this is a fav of DH...not certain why I far prefer the CS version
POFQ-beignets..OMG the beignets:love:
Turkey legs...
Tangierine Cafe--lots of good stuff for everyone
Yorkshire Fish & Chips
Kringla
Fife & Drum (good take-away CS)
BTDT
Sci-Fi-IMO it is a must at least once, but really it's for the setting and not the food
Brown Derby-2TS? and IMO it wasn't even a very unique experience
Cinderella's Royal Table-I could do this every trip, DH not so much but we have decided to call it quits as our last CRT meal was so WONDERFUL
we want that to be the memory we keep
Restaurant Marrakesh
Chefs de France
Rose and Crown
Teppan Edo (insert Benihana does Disney)
Le Cellier
T.Rex and Rainforest Cafe

Places we do not prefer
Le Cellier (but you should try it)
San Angel
ABC Commissary
Places we stay away from:
Rose & Crown
House of Blues
Fulton's

Just back from a week of free dining. Here are our choices:

Chefs de France (The filet was to die for!)
Tutto Italia (Still dreaming about the gnocchi and cannoli.)
Kona (That Tonga toast is as good as it's hyped up to be.)

Nobody yell at me, but I wasn't thrilled with Crystal Palace. Waited and hour past our ADR, food not great, very noisy but the character interaction was wonderful.

The best restaurant in all of Central Florida, not just WDW, is Victoria and Albert's. It is one of only about 50 restaurants in the entire country with an AAA Five Diamond rating.

Yes, nothing else at WDW comes even close to V&A. Second choice would be Bistro de Paris.

I think our favorite so far is LeCellier - probably the best steaks we've ever had (that, and they were technically free since we had free dining - LOL!). We also really liked Raglan Road - my DH particularly liked the beer flight. Rose & Crown is also a good choice.
