I'm a newer DVC member and looking for recommendations for families with small children. I want to gear the resort to my smaller two. 5 & 3 at our next travel date. We'll also have an almost 1 year old but I don't think she'll care where we stay. We bought into DVC because otherwise we couldn't afford to go each year, therefore we spend most of our time on property. What properties are the most fun for little ones? My daughter is into anything girly and Princess. My son likes everything.
Thank you!

You should post this question either in the DVC Resorts forum for the most accurate information, or the general resorts forum, but not here on the Restaurant Forum

When our kids were smaller, location and convenience meant everything to us. For that reason we loved Bay Lake Tower because we could walk to MK which is where we spent the majority of our time. I hated the idea of having to fold and unfold a stroller for bus rides so walking was the perfect solution for us and we could also use the monorail.

Also, any of the Epcot area DVCs would also work because you have the option of walking to two different parks, EP and HS.

I purposefully waited until our kids were older to try AKL because buses were the only transportation option offered by Disney. With that said, it is beautiful and I would love to stay there again.

We did BLT with our then 18 mo DD back in February and it was wonderful. They have a great splash pad and the pool is not as busy as others. Being able to walk to MK is a complete game changer as well.

We are staying at AKL here in a few weeks. So we will see how that goes. She does pretty well on the buses so I think all of the great stuff to do at the resort will be worth the rides on the bus. And the pools at Kidani are supposed to be incredible for kids.
