Best Resort for Wedding Pictures or Disney Springs location?

Hi everyone! I'm cancelling my wedding and instead going on a 3 week Disney vacation with my husband (we've already been married for 2 years and don't feel the need to spend on a big ceremony anymore).

However, we still want to take beautiful pictures in our wedding attire so we can have pictures to keep forever. What are the best locations to take those pictures? I think you can't take wedding pictures inside the parks unless its booked with disney fine art photography (PLEASE CORRECT ME IF THERES A WAY AROUND THIS).

I don't know the rules about wearing actual "wedding attire" around the resorts/DS, but you are correct it is not allowed in the parks - I think only if you book a wedding package through Disney. You might try asking about picture locations on the Weddings & Honeymoons Forum. Congrats!

Just wanted to say that sounds like a much better use of your money!! Congrats and good luck on getting some great pics. A DIS’er (sorry can’t remember her name—maybe she’ll see this) had some beauuuutiful pics on the dock of the Yacht Club, but I think she did a Disney package. But the location was great if you can do it on your own.

I'm partial to the Poly beach because that is where I had my wedding.

You will not be permitted to enter a park with wedding attire. Maybe you could wear wedding-like clothes that way your pictures have a wedding vibe.

Prior to our wedding we scheduled a private photo package through Disney Fine Art Photography and had portraits taken in the Rose Garden in MK. Used images from that session for our announcement. I wore a white lace dress with a jean jacket and cowboy boots.
