Best Resort for Long Weekend w/o Park Tix at Christmas

Saratoga Springs is the resort I go to when I am planning a non-theme park trip.

I'd do BWV and try to get standard. You've got about as much dining options with easy access than at SSR/Disney Springs though not a true good QS options. You've got the street performers. You've got direct access to 3 high end resort for decorations. It's easy to get where you can see fireworks for 2 parks.
