Best reservation time at CA Grill toview fireworks?

Going early September and hoping to see the new fireworks from CA Grill. I made a 7:30 reservation but wondering if I should go a smidge later. It doesn't have to be a window seat as we don't mind going outside.

I think the time you have now is good. I always see here that meals there take a while/can take a while if you want.

Most seats, even some window seats, aren't a very good fireworks view anyway.
