I would like to combine our stroller and my ECV rental if possible to make it easier dealing with one company.
I am wondering if you like one company over another? I have rented both in '13 form apple, it was ok but the stroller had nothing with it (like a rain cover) and was really run down. I don't necessarily mind if the price is low but I want to research it a bit. Sticking wiht the approved disney list too!

While I don't have personal experience with them, it appears that 4 of the 5 Featured ECV Vendors also rent strollers -- Apple, Buena Vista and Scooterbug, with Care Medical renting a special needs stroller (but probably not a standard baby stroller). As to accessories such as a rain cover, I'm not sure which if any of the rentals include one but it might be available as an add-on. You might find feedback on Featured Stroller Vendors on the Disney for Families forum.

Enjoy your vacation!

I personally have never rented from any of the vendors on the current WDW list, but I do know that Buena Vista has a location ON WDW PROPERTY, in case that matters to you. Remember to think about the start and finish of your trip as well - if you will be flying into/out of Orlando, will you need a stroller for the airport? Most airlines will gate check a stroller (it goes in the same baggage hold as the wheelchairs and other gate checked items) but you have to be able to fold it closed, and remove everything from the pockets, etc.

Post #2 has information about renting wheelchairs, ECVs and strollers. The information includes website links and phone numbers.
Most of the ECV companies also rent strollers (they didn't all in the past).

we needed a scooter and a stroller a couple of weeks ago while we were there. I ended up purchasing this for the stroller:
http://www.amazon.com/Kolcraft-Clou...39390069&sr=1-1&keywords=lightweight+stroller

It was awesome for my 42 lb almost 4 year old. I originally planned to have it shipped direct to the resort, but then decided it would be helpful in the airport. It was cheaper than renting and I knew it was clean! I actually pd $40 for an "open or damaged packaging" and it was perfect. I bought a cheap bandana to tie on it to make it easy to find in the sea of strollers! My little guy had not problem sleeping in it ...we have pictures of him sleeping in it at every park :)

What we ended up using for a rain cover for both the scooter and the stroller was an outdoor patio chair cover that we found at job lot for $2. It was an ugly green, but it made it easy to find both and it worked well!
