car rental experience for 21-30 Fantasy 9-night.
I rented Budget through Costco for arrival day. We stood at the airport for over an hour waiting to get a car (on a Thursday morning!). We did get a small SUV upgrade though. Return the next morning was super easy - and we walked back to the hotel to take the shuttle to the port.
Due to the advice here, I switched to National for return today. Thank you everyone who suggested the switch! The Budget shuttle had 30 people in line by the time we got off the ship. The National/Enterprise/Alamo line was empty. We waited about 10 min for the shuttle. Arrived, no one in line - in and out and on our way to Disney Springs.
Lessons Learned - Avoid Budget...and if you have an EZPass, add it to your account. Paying cash at the tolls was a pain in the butt.
