Best rates on suites

I´m really determined to stick to my tight budget so therefore I won´t stop asking questions

We would really like to stay at either the Embassy suites or the Residence Inn in Anaheim, CA. I have seen some people write that they have stayed there for like $75 a night but I can´t seem to get under $110 (before TAX) in October. Does anyone know how?
