Hi all! I went to get my Nesco out of the basement to get ready for Thanksgiving. I found it filled with mold and rust and missing the rack. That will teach me to loan it out (to family none the less) and not inspect it when it was returned. My sister brought it back and I asked her to go ahead and put it on the shelves in the basement for me in February and I haven't needed it until now. :furious: So long story short I now need to purchase another one on short notice and I really don't want to spend more than I have to. Thanks in advance for any and all help!

I lucked out and found a Proctor Silex 18 quart roaster oven on Blain's Farm & Fleet website for $24.99 on sale through 11/23/14 if anyone needs one!

I don't know the brand name, but there are turkey roasters on sale at Wal-Mart for $25. We got one last year and it worked great!

It might not help in your circumstance, but Nesco (an American company :thumbsup2) has EXCELLENT customer service. From their website...
"You can purchase most replacement parts by calling our office at 1-800-288-4545 with the model number & serial number OR date code of your unit."
http://www.nesco.com/customer_support/shipping_faq/category_general_faq's/#q12

So if you only needed a new liner, say, you could have gotten a replacement one. I have Nescos that I've bought new and inherited, and all look as good as the day they were bought, it's a wonderful brand.

I lost a cord in the move, called on a Tuesday, and had a replacement by Thursday. That's what I call customer service :).
