best price on Beatles Rock Band for XBOX360 - software only???

Anyone know who has the best price for this? So far the best I've found is Amazon at $49.96. Anyone know if anyone else has it cheaper than that? Or should I hold out and see if it goes lower between now and Christmas???

I just saw this at walmart for wii for $40. not sure if they had it for xbox.
But that price was still cheaper than I have seen for Wii.

Amazon also has it for $40 for the Wii, but it's $50 for XBOX....
