Connections does have the best prices for tickets, and I have ordered and used a 7-day hopper with no problems. However, when I decided to upgrade the pass to an AP, I was given less credit than I paid for it(at the time, I paid $292.90, since it was before the FL tax increase). I used 4 days, then went to guest services at DTD on the 5th day of our visit to upgrade it, and was credited $290. I also ordered and used some of the meal vouchers and $10 restaurant gift cards while in FL, as I had paid the $80 membership fee to Connections for a year's worth of service,but what they did to me a few days ago has convinced me that I have not been dealing with a legitimate company. My credit card was charged $139.95 without my authorization for an "upgraded" membership, a full 6 weeks before my $80 membership was expired. According to them, my membership began 04/19/02, even though my credit card statements reflect a date in late May of last year. Using either date, they are still wrong to automatically debit my credit card without my authorization, and I am currently disputing the charge with my bank. I am now in need of 7 hopper passes to treat my sisters and their families to a trip to WDW, and I will not be ordering from Connections, even though I would save @$15 per ticket. If you decide to use Connections, join for $1, order quickly, then cancel. Good luck.
