I agree with you about Tomorrowland because you don't have to wait an hour before the start of the show and not as many people around you.I voted Tomorrowland, not at all because this is the best view or anything. However my two kids and I have discovered that it is a simple pleasure in life to enjoy an ice cream from Auntie Gravity's and chill out in Tommorowland during Wishes. The music is piped in there, and you can see many of the fireworks. Certainly not a perfect view, but magical nonetheless and decidedly un-crowded
I have a question for everybody. What time before the show do I need to get a spot near the Partner's Statue? Outside the Plaza Restaurant?
Yah I'm visiting in late August. I would not wait more than hour to see the fireworks on Main Street. Where are some spots where you can see the fireworks and the MSEP?That time can vary widely with crowd-level.
Figure between 45-140 minutes, depending on, well, everything.

Ok thank you for the info. Is Celebrate the Magic cool? There are plenty, but if you ALSO want to see the "Castle Projection Show" (Celebrate the Magic) which starts 15 minutes before Wishes, you want to be in the Hub or on the northern half of Main Street.
THAT show (Celebrate the Magic) is something that you didn't factor into your thread question, and it
can be very important to many guests to see it.
Yah I watched the Disneyland fireworks from Big Thunder last summerBest view?
While riding Big Thunder Mountain Railroad!
Takes some good timing, but a rollercoaster ride by fireworks light is the bee's knees!
I can't add anymore lolYou missed mine - an MK view room in the Contemporary.

I'll be sure to watch it on my next trip!It is unique unto itself, and quite spectacular!
Yah when I stayed at the Poly we loved watching the fireworks from the beach.Poly beach is my favorite. I don't regulary make a point of watching the fireworks, but I find the beach to be un crowded and I like the big view. If I happen to be behind the castle then I might stop for a few minutes. It also seems to be less crowded.
