i am going in the next few weeks with my 2 year old godson, his birthday was last week. we have taken him there a couple of times already, once when he turned 1 and then back in Feb this year.

There are things for them in every park... Toddlers can go on everything in Fantasy land in MK:
Dumbo, Peter Pan, Small World (if it is open - was closed for renovations), Pooh, the carousel, Philharmagic, and then Pirates of the Carribean, the flying carpets, the Tiki room, toon town, the railroad, etc
in AK:
the safari ride, the petting zoo, the animal hospital next to the petting area, the lion king show, the pocohantas show, it's tough to be a bug show, etc
in MGM:
playhouse disney, little mermaid show, muppet vision, etc.
in epcot:
journey into imagination, the living seas, the land ride, the ride in Mexico, the ride in norway, etc
check out the disney's website. there are tons of things for the kids to do... be sure to do a character meal with them too, they'll love it!!
