Hello all,

I will be in WDW and we want to find a place to watch Monday Night football. I was thinking ESPN Club on the Boardwalk, however it says on the Disney website it closes at 11pm and the game is on at 10.....

Is there anywhere in Disney Springs you would suggest?

The hotels (BW and YC) have lounges that will probably broadcast the game.

You may want to check with ESPN and see if they will be open later that night. It is a fantastic place to watch games. They have a great beer menu, decent snacks and there were jacks to plug in your phones at the table. There are TV's for each table as well. I spent a few hours watching college football there one Saturday and felt like I was in heaven. There is also a new sports bar, I believe it called Ricks. I think it's at Old Key West but somebody correct me if I'm wrong. It may be an option for you.

Disney's lounges are sort of pitiful for watching sports events, almost as a rule. ESPN is definitely the exception, but I would say that another great choice would be Splitsville at DS.

Rix Sports Bar and Grill at Coronado?

I think you're thinking of Rix at Coronado Springs. Unless OP has a car or will use Uber, this would be a pain in the butt to get to and from unless they happen to be staying at CSR. Also, this bar can get packed with convention attendees if one happens to be going on then.

We have watched football at ESPN Club and Splitsville. ESPN Club was a better atmosphere for us with more first come first serve seating options. Sundays are crowded but depending who's playing, the Monday Night game might be manageable. Splitsville had less seating in the bar area, but might be easier to get back to your resort from unless you're staying in the Epcot resort area.

Thanks. That is it. I haven't been there before but assumed it was a decent option if ESPN does in fact close.

Thank you all. We are staying at Pop. I was thinking ESPN Zone as that is where we went last time for Thursday Night Football. Just worried about the closing time as I don't want to have to leave halfway through the game.
