Best place to swim with Manatee

We are thinking about doing this at the end of December and wondering what the best company to use would be. Anyone have some insight?

It's been a long time, but I did a tour in Crystal River in the wildlife refuge. There were a number of boats in the area as well as a number of park rangers to make sure that the animals were not harassed or abused. I can't remember the name of the company. Captain somebody.

You can see Manatee BUT no touching, swimming .
FYI this year has been rough for them . A fungi has killed most of the sea grass, so most manatees have died. We loss more this year than over 5 years

We could touch years ago, but they had to swim up to us. You couldn’t swim to them and touch them.
