Best place to rent waterboats..parasailing?

I hear that there are several locations in the area to rent 'water mice'...but what's the best for kids that want to 'drive'? Even if it's with an adult needed.
We just want a place that has a lot to offer.

DTD? CR? Poly? WL?

Also considering parasailing for the 15yr old. Is he old enough? How much is it? Where?

If you rent at the Grand Floridian, Poly, Wilderness Lodge, or Contemporary (and maybe Ft. Wilderness, but I'm not certain if they have them) then you have all of the Seven Seas Lagoon as well as Bay Lake to explore. The two are connected by a canal. The area is MUCH larger and much more fun to explore than the area at Downtown Disney or the Yact/Beach Clubs. You can see all the resorts, get a great view of the MK from the water, circle the little islands, etc

As for parasailing, I think the only place that does that is the Contemporary. I don't know any details, though. We've been parasailing many times ( and with kids much younger than 15) but never at Disney.

Thank you. I also called wdw-PLAY to get some details and answered some of my own questions. Thought I'd share with anyone else wandering for the same info.
At all of the locations other than the MK area resorts, a child can drive at age 12-18 without a parent in the boat, but with parent permission. The MK area resorts (CR, Poly, etc), have searycer that are faster, so they require you to be 16 to drive. Hope this might help anyone else that is also wandering.

Parasailing: only offered at CR.
