Best place to have engagement pictures taken

Ok, now I have been engaged since January. My Fiancee and I are going with her family in 2 weeks. We have not gotten engagement pictures yet and thought Disney would be a great place to get them done.

Now I need some help from the experts. We want to do it in a park and think MK is the best. We were wondering where the best place to get them done would be.

Also would we be better off having one of the people take the picture with their camera (the ones that give you the card to get pictures taken) or with our Digital camera?
