Need to buy 10 day passes which include park hopping and water parks as well as an annual pass. Where is the best and cheapest place to buy the passes and if online, how long does it take to receive them?

The links the other posters pointed you to are very good. the tickets usually arrive in a week or so. One thing though, I do not believe that you can buy an annual pass from anyone other than disney. Ticketmania and other vendors do not offer them.
