Where is, hands down, the best place to buy a flat screen tv for a good price?

This really depends on what you're looking for. We just bought a nice 55" from Best Buy and felt their prices were competitive. But we also weren't too picky and a regular LCD 55" was fine with us. BJ's and Walmart had good prices as well but the warranty was also better at Best Buy since an Insignia (which we bought) has a 2 year automatic warranty and most others only come with 1. Worth a look at all 3 to see what suits your needs. HTH!
