Best Place at Poly to View Fireworks and with cocktails before dinner at 'Ohana?

I know the beach is nice, but DH and I are wanting to enjoy a drink while watching HEA before a late dinner reservation. Is there a balcony or spot of the second floor lounge area outside of "ohana? How about Trader Sam's? Does it get crowded? Seats aren't necessary - just to see the show. I'd try for a ressie time at 'Ohana but not sure we'd get prime seating by a window for good viewing.

The main Trader Sam’s is inside without windows, but the Tiki Terrace is close to the pool and I can imagine it wouldn’t be hard to grab a drink and watch from by Captain Cook’s and the pool. I do suggest the beach, though. Better view and the music is pumped in. Enjoy!

Yes, you can get drinks and see the fireworks from the outdoor Tiki Terrace. They have speakers to hear the music there as well.

Yeah, Trader Sam’s Tiki Terrace would work.

I prefer to get our drinks to go either at Tambu Lounge (first choice) or the Tiki Terrace walk up bar and then walk the grounds/hang out at the beach for fireworks. To me the best view is at the beach. There are a number of Adirondack beach chairs on the beach, can’t wait too late to try to get one though. Or just stand or sit on the sand or path between the sand and pool.

The Lava Pool bar is also right there and has a section for non-guest walk ups. That would be another option for a beverage.

Yup, it’s all good.

My favorite is a Lapu Lapu from Tambu Lounge - nature’s original to go cup! But you can get any drink from there in a plastic to go cup too. I generally prefer Tambu as more of the senior/old school bartenders tend to work there vs the other places.

Yes, you can a cocktail into the beach. Not a great view from Trader Sams.
