We will be doing a day at discovery cove and one day at sea world. What partnering hotel is the best to stay at. Close, food, clean pools etc.

We stayed at the Residence Inn SW and LOVED it! Very nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast buffet and nice pool area. There is a free shuttle with the hotel but we either walked or took the I-trolly. (1.50 pp)
Reasonably priced too!

Another vote for the Residence Inn.

Large rooms, full kitchens, great amenities, very clean, and excellent included extras (wifi, breakfast buffet, Quick Queue, park shuttles, free parking, etc.).

Just a very "homey" feel overall. And staff were awesome.

Can someone give me the link to the hotel. I feel like the ones I am linking to from the discovery cove website are not the correct ones. Thanks

I'm not sure if it is a partnering hotel, but the Hilton Orlando is pretty close and offers some good values. They have one of the best pool areas in Orlando, for sure. We just booked for Memorial Day weekend at $126 a night (add $34 for resort and parking fees). Speaking of parking, they have one of the easiest and closest self parking set ups there as well. I'm a stickler for things like this, as well as cleaniness, and this hotel excedes my expectations on all counts.

Just so the OP knows, the Hilton is one of the "partnering" hotels, but not one of the "official" hotels. That means Quick Queue passes are not provided free at this property (which I think is one of the perks she is looking for).

This link provides some great information about which properties are considered "official" and which are "partners", and the difference between the benefits and inclusions of each:

We love the Springhill Suites at Seaworld. All rooms are demisuites, so either a king or 2 queens in the "bedroom" area, plus a sectional style couch with a queen pullout in the living room area, great when you have teen/tweens who don't want to sleep in a bed together. ;) Good free breakfast, free parking, shuttle, it is an official partner, so you get the quick que passes. It shares the pool area with the Residence Inn, but we found it to be plenty spacious, and great location, TGI Friday's in the parking, they are building a Panera and a Buffalo Wild Wings there too.
