i've been to dallas a few times throughout the seasons. And i hate it out there.

I'm from Miami, so even up here it can get like 10-20 degrees colder than what it was down there. And I hate the cold... warm... kinda nice weather... warm... really freezing your butt off.... warm again. I never imagined the weather flucuating so much around here.

Ugh! This makes me think that I probably NEVER want to go to Dallas!

Just freezing weather is basically my favourite for a long run though, so, all of these weather discussions have had me wishing that I were there to join everyone.

You would have loved it here the past few days! It hasn't gotten above freezing since Wednesday night. The lake behind our house is frozen. It hasn't been this cold for this long in over a decade. I hate it! I am just one of those odd people who does better in the heat. Don't get me wrong - I don't stand out in the heat in the summer when the temps are over 100, but if I have to stand out in something I would prefer heat to cold.

Ok, so I have a friend in Canada in Saskatoon (somewhere above montana or north dakato). Apparently it's only like 23F (-5C) there and it's freaking 30F in florida??? Please tell me how 3,000 miles north can be just as warm as it is here...
