Best outlet

I've read someplace that there is an outlet someplace outside of Disney that is good place to get t-shirts, souvenirs (sp?), etc. We will have a rental car at least 1 day that we are there, possibly all days. There a couple diff. outlets in the area. What outlet is best for these types of things?

There are tons of souvenir places, but a few Character Premiere stores which sell official WDW merchandise. We prefer the Orlando Premium outlets, in the LBV area down Vineland/535 not far from DTD; lots of other good stores (higher end) and that Disney shop seems to get new stuff all the time. FWIW.
