So I won't be able to wear close toe shoes this trip... I need opinions on what the best flip flop is to wear during the parks? I know either way my feet will be hurting by late day :headache: but I am hoping getting some decent shoes will help. I have Sanduk flip flops now and they are pretty good but wanting to hear others thoughts? Thank you!

My mom got me a pair of Orthoheel Vionic flip flops for my bday in March. I love them! I think she got them on QVC or HSN, but they sell them on Zappos too.

They are really comfortable. I've worn them on 3-4 miles walks and they've been fantastic. Plan on wearing them later this month and in July to the parks. They are an orthopedic flip flop but they don't look like an orthopedic flip flop! I can't wear shoes without support to the parks anymore. It just kills my feet and legs. I'm actually planning on getting another pair in black!

I always have to wear flip flops to the park. I've had good luck with Olukais, Reef and some of the newer Croc flip flops. Just prepare to have dirty toes. And, you'll learn quickly how to stand to avoid having them step on :)

I always wear flip flops at Disneyland. I swear by the croc flip flops :) But my Mom swears by the Nuk flip flops.

Have a Magical Time!

I have feet that don't do well in closed toe shoes. They're wide and very square at the toes so the less material enclosing my feet the better!

I have worn these to DL twice now and they are AWESOME for my feet! I don't have sore feet at the end of the day. They aren't flip flops but I'm always afraid I'll lose a flip flop on a ride or something like that.

I was skeptical about the skinny straps at first but they actually work well for me - less material to constrain my weird feet:)

I personally love my Fitflops. I usually find a better price on Amazon or Nordstrom Rack and I even saw them at TJMaxx. I wear them all the time and have tried many others.

Thank you all for the replies ! I am going to look at all brands suggested. I am actually fond of flip flops but I can't do the cheapie ones anymore :( ( I used to live off $2.50 pairs at old navy) because ouch ! Lol. I appreciate all the input !! :wizard:

I'm a former Old Navy flip flop junkie, but had to stop after four back surgeries. I'm very interested in what others suggest! I have a pair of Sketchers Go Walk sandals and they are good, but I haven't been brave enough to try them out in the parks.

I LOVE my Teva flip flops. I got them on sale for a great deal, $15! They are very soft and cushy.

I have the Go Walk slip on shoes and LOVE them! Have worn them a lot in the parks. My feet are still a little sore, but NOTHING like before when I just wore Vans.

I love their slip on shoes and they are my best friend during a day at the parks!
I guess then the sandals would be the same, comfort wise but I always worry that the toe piece will bug me!

I worry about that too! I bring an extra pair of shoes just in case. Do you wear socks with you Go walks slip ons? I don't usually but am thinking of getting some sock liners cause I don't want super sweaty feet!

Wife loves her Sanuk flip flops, and also her Keen sandals, though they wouldn't qualify as flip flops. I'm a guy who has no clue how they'd be described.

I wore Teva Tirra on my last trip to WDW. I have neuropathy in my feet and these helped me last longer than wearing sneakers.

I thought I had replied earlier but I don't see it...
I always wear the sock liners with them. I'm so afraid of ruining the shoes with sweaty feet! And they definitely feel more comfy that way (I hate the sweaty feet feeling).

Would you wear Birkenstocks? My DH bought me my first pair for my birthday and after breaking them in they are super comfy.
