Best Offsite Resort for Christmas Decorations

My parents and I are planning a trip to WDW the first week of December. My mom really wants to stay at the Animal Kingdom Lodge but I know the price is way too steep for their budget and I don't wish to share a room with them anyway so looking for offsite to make it more affordable. Is there a particular resort that decks out in Christmas decor? This may soften the blow since we've only stayed onsite before and never ventured out of the Disney bubble.

I've heard that the Gaylord Palms has great decorations.

Have you looked into the Swan/Dolphin? They can be reasonably priced.

If you can get a good rate (don't forget extra fees) the Gaylord is just beautifully done as it the Rosen Shingle Creek.

We've stayed at some Hiltons with large lobby trees that are pretty, Hilton Orlando, Hilton Bonnet Creek, Doubletree DS.

yea the Gaylord - although some of Disney hotels might be cheaper.
