Where can I get a good breakfast offsite? It doesn't have to mean quantity (golden corral), but just some good Pancakes, Eggs Benedict, Fresh fruit, Hot tea...

I know there are places onsite, I was wondering offsite though princess:

Thanks!

Emmy

You can't go wrong with the Waffle House :mickeybar

The one right near DTD/Goodings Supermarket was clean and had good food (and terrific coffee) last time we went. I keep telling DW that is where we're eating one morning either coming from or going to WDW and the airport.

LOOOOOVE the Waffle House by DTD!!! I haven't made it there on the last couple of trip. Darn it.....I'm getting there this time!!

Chick Fil A has yummy breakfasts =) Perkins is good, IHOP, Waffle House, etc.

Shoney's has a excellent breakfeast buffet.

Le Peep is really good as well. This is in the Lee/Conroy area not far from Universal. Fantastic breakfast!

We have Cracker Barrel in our town and I can't say they would be on the less expensive side. Although, they are excellent. The one here gets very very crowded and it's not unheard of to wait an hour...I don't know what the restaurants are like in Orlando, though.

IHOP is always good (have that near us, too).

I don't know other restaurants in that area.

Perkins is a really good for a chain restaurant. It is very reasonable priced and the food is usually excellent at Perkins. Whenever we go some where there is one, I have to go, no questions asked. It is a place we only go when we are away from home, we always stopped at them when i was a kid, so now it just isn't right not to go now as an adult with my own kids.

Aimeedyan- How close is the one in Orlando to the Parks or Disney On property resorts.

Perkins is really good. We have one in our town and have gone there numerous times. They make excellent pancakes. :teeth:

While Shoney's is a great place here locally, we made the mistake of going to the Shoneys on 192 west of the I-4 overpass for a quick dinner once. While it wasn't for breakfast, it was so horrible that I can not see their breakfast being anything but bad. I have yet to go to a bad Craker Barrel tho. Always good for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
