Best off site for 8 people?

I apologize if there are already a billion posts on this, if there are feel free to direct me towards them, but I am a little overwhelmed. We are thinking of making a trip to disney in late January. My husband and I, 3 kids, my parents and sister, so 5 adults three kids. After looking and looking at onsite options I am seriously considering staying off site but have no clue where to start looking. We want to be close to disney, a nice place with plenty of room, etc. Any suggestions or places to start looking? Thanks!

I would first begin the search by checking out Wyndham Bonnet Creek's 3 bedroom suite. There are also 4 bedroom presidential suites available. It's a fantastic property located right next door to Epcot and from certain towers you have excellent views of both Spaceship Earth and Illuminations. The prices on their website are a bit high but no fear, if you opt to go through a company such as Vacation Upgrades (just one example as there are many out there) you'll find the price cut from 1/2 - 3/4. We've stayed there numerous times without any issue.

Also peek into Sheraton Vistana Resort (not Villages as that property is located on I-Drive). It's our favorite off-site option but only comes in 1 or 2 bedroom units. However, the master bedroom is very large as is the guest bedroom and the living room has a sleeper sofa. There would be plenty of sleeping space available but the unit itself might be a bit of a tight squeeze for a family of 8.

I would suggest looking on VRBO, Homeaway or Villa Direct to find a 4 or 5 bedroom vacation rental home. You can get a 4 bedroom with a game room and a private pool for around $100 a night plus taxes and cleaning fees.

I found them on Villa Direct for around $100 a night. VRBO and Homeaway are a little more than that.

If you want a place with multiple pools and pool slides, lazy river, etc then you might want to check into staying in a 4 bedroom at Wyndham Bonnet creek like a PP suggested.

I totally agree with the previous poster. There are so many amazing homes for rent that will accommodate your family.

We stayed at bonnet creek last year in a 3 bedroom. There were 9 of us. It was more than roomy. Not to mention the washer and dryer were a huge plus ! We all loved the lazy river and the resort location cannot be beat. We stayed in tower 4 with a firework view and we watched the fireworks many nights . We booked through vacation strategy and the transaction was flawless!
