Best November rate for PO-R/FQ

What is the best rate that you've gotten on either of these resorts in November? I've got $99.00 at PO-R for a waterview, with the "ComeBack" offer. Is waterview even worth it? Also have AP's, are those rates ever lower?

That is a great price. What is the "comeback" offer? We paid $118 last year in early December.

That is a good rate and it is the same as AP rate.
We paid the same rate with an AP code in early February which is value season also. We had a nice riverview at POFQ.
I think the standard view was only $10.00 cheaper a night.
