Best mobile plan for non-US residents

We're travelling to WDW from Europe. We're thinking about getting a sim card for our phones for the days when we're outside of the resort. The main use will be data to do searches or Google Maps.

Any suggestions on what prepaid plan would be the best for our use? I've searched the sites of T-Mobile and AT&T, but I'm none the wiser. Especially since most plans come with a phone or are for periods of 1 year+. We just need a sim card for a few weeks.

H2O Wireless has pay as you go service. I believe they use AT&T towers. My bf uses them for his regular cell service and has been reasonably happy. You can order a SIM online (the SIM itself is free this way, you just pay for the amount of pay as you go credit you want) or you may be able to pick up a SIM at Best Buy for under $10.
