Best MK day during late December

I only have two options for MK on a non party night, Monday or Wednesday. Which would be recommended? Both are showing a 10 for crowds. M hours are 9-9, W is 9-9/emh TIL 11. My guess is these times will change to being open a bit later. We’re doing MVMCP on Thursday to end our trip. We can use the emh but would it be better to just go on the day without them? We’ve never used emh before, always went to parks without them. We’ve got 5 busy days in a row planned and this will help finalize our plans. Thanks!

What sort of plan are you thinking of for the day? Rope drop to close? Stay for fireworks?

I'd probably avoid Wednesday to avoid the PM EMHs, especially since you'll be in the MK late the very next evening.

Yes planning on rope drop to close and watch the fireworks. We will be doing 4 days plus the party day. It’ll be our fourth trip so we know the ins and outs for the most part so I know our kids can do it haha. Especially knowing we are sleeping in the next day before the party night. We’ve always avoided the emh days and still like that idea but also would love a couple extra hours in MK. However if the crowds are worse that day we may not get any more done those extra two hours than on a regular hour day.

We are in the MK during party's as well, and looking at 10's for each day. I think I chose a Monday, however I cannot remember why. I think it was because both days will be crazy, I looked to make the other parks work out better for us. I also think that hours willl be extended no matter what. WE do not RD if we are going to close the park. I guess I am not a trooper LOL!

We haven’t always did open to close lol, but ever since our kids have all been ages 5 and up we manage well now! I just didn’t know how big of an impact evening emh’s have if both days are a 10 anyway. It’s always tricky picking the best day for each park!
