I am trying to pick an early dinner for a night where we will doing the Wishes Dessert Party. There seem to be so many good choices in the area: ideally, we'll be at MK, go to dinner, and come back to MK, so I'd like to stay either in the park, or go somewhere accessible by monorail/boat.

Where would you go? We've done Narcososee's, Artist's Point, CRT, and Whispering Canyon - but nothing else in the area.

You may want to check out O'Hana at the Poly. Quick ride over on the monorail.

While 'Ohana is good, I would not recommend going there when you have to be somewhere after that at a certain time. They are infamous for very long waits. You usually have a wait just to check in!

I would recommend Citricos is you're in the mood for a signature. They food and service are outstanding. Plus, they are easy to get an ADR for and I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be seated there. The food is Mediterranean-inspired (think French, Spanish and Italian).

given that you will be eating major dessert later, i would go somewhere "light" not an all-you-care-to-eat or buffet type place... either a signature where you could order light or one of the "cafes" like grand floridian cafe or kona... or if you'd prefer to stay in the park, maybe the plaza or LTT for lunch instead of dinner...

(personally, we eat CS on our Dessert Party day!)

I second Citrico's! It is fantastic. Also love California Grill.

that's a good idea ...we love California grill and you could split some of the flat bread and suishi options
