Best Mansion at POR????

We are staying at POR Nov 30-Dec 5. The Mansions sound much more appealing to me than Alligator Bayou. (we?d rather elegance than rustic) Should I request Magnolia Terrace? Which is your favorite Mansion? I?m thinking Magnolia just because it is close to Ol Man Island. Oak Manor looks good too, since it is near the food court. Does anyone know where I can find good pictures of the mansions? Thanks

As my subject says, I've always heard people recommend Magnolia Terrace. Of course, that means that everyone requests it! I've never stayed there myself (although have requested it). Oak Manor is the smoking Mansion. We've stayed at Acadia House (very nice, not too far from OMI and near a bus stop), and on the far side or Parterre Place (far from everything).

You can try for Magnolia Terrace, Oak Manor if you smoke, but I supsect you'll have a great time in whatever Mansion you choose. We love POR!

That's my concern-- that if I request the most requested mansion I may not get it. Is all of Oak Manor smoking or do they have ns rooms, too?

Will I reduced my chance at Magnolia if I put it first and then say I would take Acadia house second? I definitely don't want a smoking room or as far out as Parterre.
