If you want table service than advanced dining reservations are practically a must and as you want something to grab on the go I'm going to guess that this isn't the option for you.
Counter services have very generous portions so for a truly filling meal I'd highly recommend them. We like Columbia Harbour House as it always seems to be quieter but we have a soft spot for Cosmic Rays too (this gets hecticly busy though) If you truly want to grab something and go though you'll find several concession stands around the park, they won't offer complete meals per say but you can find a hefty turkey leg or huge cinammon rolls or funnel cakes. If you search around on the web you can find menus that will tell you who serves what- allears.net is a good starting place.
