I just read the Sci Fi Dinner Review posted by Love2Roam
which makes me feel a little apprehensive asking this question but ask it I must:If one finds themselve at Sci Fi at lunch time and doesn't want to eat too much because say they have Brown Derby reservations for later that day, what could one get to eat?
The menu lists a chili (?) and a BLT soup (?) any experiences with either of these? I might be able to get my daughter to split a burger and salad with me. The kids menu for my little guy all seems ok at 4.99 for nuggets and fries and bevergage. I don't see any milkshakes listed on this menu but I do see some interesting alcoholic confections-are these as strong as some of them sound.
My DD remembers going here several + years ago and getting either her meal or dessert served in a frisbee? And she remembers the films clips. I told everyone they get to pick two places to eat (didn't specify lunch or dinner
and her choices are Sci Fi and Jiko (We're staying at AKL).
I'm not adverse to spending money on a good meal but if it is just ok as seems to be the case by many reviews, I'd like to order wisely and just take in the ambience.
Thanks,
Patricia
