Best/least busy Guest Relations windows?

Hello! We will be arriving at WDW late on a Friday afternoon in July and need to go to a guest relations window to take care of something with our tickets that afternoon or evening. Will the GR office in Disney Springs be crazy busy? Would we be better off going to a window outside one of the parks? (Won't be able to go to any office INSIDE a park that day).

Are all of the offices staffed with equally knowledgable CMs for the most part, or are there some I should avoid?

We actually have had good luck with the Disney Springs location and also Animal Kingdom (at the ticket window) not certain what you are trying to do so it might be fixable there. Good Luck.

I always use EPCOT to activate military passes. I'll usually go in the afternoon the day we get there and there's hardly ever a wait and we can take our time. Never has failed us.

Thank you. We booked under the Free Dining bounce back offer last Sept., and so we all have 2 day PH tickets on the reservation. The kids and I have APs now, but my husband does not, so we need to upgrade his ticket when we get there.

Also, I was able to make FP reservations at 60 days out for all of our vacation days for the kids and myself, but only for 2 of the days for my husband due to his 2 day ticket. Several CMs told me that GS *might* (no guarantees) be able to get him FPs to match ours, so that is the other reason we need to go there. Anybody have any experience/advice with that?

If you're not going to a park then Disney Springs would be your best bet. They have a nice guest relations
