Our favorites are Jelly Belly 40 flavors but still have a soft spot for Brachs and the mystery flavor opaque whitish ones, no idea what it is supposed to be.

What do you get?

Oh yeah - Jelly Belly. I do have some caveats. They now have a factory in Thailand and it's slightly different than what they have in Fairfield. I think the primarily ingredient difference is that they use tapioca starch instead of corn starch. And the factory in Illinois closed several years ago.

Haven't been to the factory tour in a while. They used to be guided, then self-guided. Still self-guided, but it's no longer free. But I have been there just to check out their special deals on overstock. Some of that stuff is really cheap - like Valentine's Day stuff sold the month after as well as 5 lb bags of various cosmetic seconds.

I have a few Jelly Belly flavors I don’t like, so I usually get the kids mix instead of the 30- or 40-flavor bags. My mom was a huge fan of the spiced jelly beans so sometimes I buy a bag of Brach’s spiced beans for the nostalgia.

My favorite Jelly Belly flavor is the buttered popcorn.

i miss living near that factory-i used to get 5# bags of their 'belly flops' (not up to their perfect standards visually).

They sell them in various packaging, like about 5 oz bags at dollar stores. The ones they sold at the factory store and their outlet stores was different though. Some bags had assortments that might include a mix with gummies or candy corn.

I like them all (except JB’s Buttered Popcorn! :crazy2:) but to mix it up this year I brought into work a bag of Dunkin Donuts various coffee flavored jelly beans. I think I was the only one who ate them (even in DD country!) :lmao:
