Best hotel near Vancouver port?

We stayed at the Sutton Place two years ago and loved it. Close walking distance to everything. Two bedroom, two bath with living room and kitchen for a fraction of what hotels on the waterfront cost (and those were regular rooms too). At that time our room had just been renovated (and they were in the process of renovating others). The hotel restaurant was closed during our visit because they were renovating that as well, but it opened the day we checked out and looked NICE!
