What's the best spot to stay for one night near Port Canaveral that offers a parking package?

The 40% port parking discount will be discontinued on February 28, 2017. I believe the OP was asking about hotels near the port that offer length of cruise parking and shuttle packages anyway...

Oops! Thanks for clarifying. Our cruise is just a couple weeks away so I guess that's why I didn't realize.
