Best GF places to eat in disney? TS AND CS

My dear friend is traveling to Disney with us and she has celiacs disease. I would like to know where she can and cant eat because I am planning the whole grand gathering. She is the only GF eater out of all 17 ppl BUT there are 6 kids going so I want to make sure there is something for everyone. Knowing beforehand where we can eat CS meals too would be good. Thanks for all your help!

By the way, we are going to all four parks and DTD so any of your favorites please let me know what park its in too plz

Some good TS for celiacs are Sanaa (Animal Kingdom lodge Kidani), Tonys (Magic Kingdom), Kouzzina (Boardwalk), and 1900 Park Fare for breakfast (Grand Floridian).....However these are just a few and most places will accommodate her allergy

As far as CS the Liberty Inn (Epcot) and Pecos Bills (Magic Kindgom) are both very good with gluten allergies however i have also heard Flame Tree BBQ in Animal Kingdom is good with celiacs

For CS, here are my preferences with food allergies including gluten.

MK: Columbia Harbour House, Cosmic Ray's, Lunching Pad (turkey legs) and I hear Pecos Bills is good too
EP: Sunshine Seasons (this is a must do for us every trip)
DHS: we book TS (you can get chicken tenders at most CS or you can get pizza at Pizza Planet but that's ALL that's good with allergies at DHS; we prefer TS)
AK: we usually book Tusker House (TS) for lunch but FTBBQ gets great reviews

For TS, you really can book just about anywhere. I do stick with Disney owned restaurants but there are also a few non-Disney owned that have good reputations such as Teppan Edo (we can't eat there due to other allergies but the reviews are amazing and the chef we spoke with really understood allergies and I wouldn't hesitate to eat there).

DTD actually does have less options that I'd be comfortable with. Definitely stop in at Babycakes NYC to pick up some desserts; everything in there is gluten free. It's located in the Pollo Campero building; they have a gluten free menu but reviews are mixed. For CS people have had great experiences at Wolfgang Puck Express.

Thanks! Do anyone know if the American place in Epcot has GF? Its not the Liberty inn but along that lines...forget he name though. We always eat there. What about La Hacienda?

The US pavillion at EP does usually carry allergy chicken tenders and gluten free hamburger buns. Reviews are kind of hit and miss on quality of service for food allergies.

I haven't eaten allergy food at the CS in Mexico but they do get some decent reviews for a few basic foods like tacos.

The CS at the American Pavilion was very good with my brothers multiple food allergies... The manager came out told him what he could have (he chose the BBQ pulled pork on a GF bun). She then went to a separate part of the kitchen and made the meal herself including baking the fries to protect from cross contamination. We found that this was the scene for most of the CS restaurants we tried including ABC Commissary, Sunshine Seasons, and Columbia Harbor House.

We went two summers ago for 2 weeks and my DS has Celiac too and we had no problem with food. Just keep in mind that the GF food takes a few minutes longer to prepare at CS places. I agree with the other poster that Disney owned TS places are very good with GF food.
