Best fishing?

Just thinking of trying to find a fishing tour, maybe saltwater? for my DH and 2 DS's- ages 10 and 8. We are leaving for Florida next week and will be there 10 days.
They love to fish in ponds and small lakes around home but have never done anything like saltwater fishing. I think they'd have fun, but can anyone recommend a place that isn't too expensive and is child friendly?

I would search for some guides at Mosquito Lagoon. It may be a little pricey, but it is the premier location in the world to fish for Redfish, which your boys will enjoy fighting. They fight hard, and would be a lot of fun. hope that helps.
