Wasn't a huge fan of the filet at Yachtsman, California Grill, Citricos, Brown Derby, or Narcoossee's. Since I liked Le Cellier's filet more than those, LC wins by default.
Sometime I have to try the Jiko filet. I never ordered it in the past because it was served with mac n' cheese, but now I'm willing to try it.
If money is no option than Victoria and Alberts, after that I would say Yachtsman or Citricos. Although the best steak I've had on property is the char-crusted NY Strip at Flying Fish, yummy!!!
On our first trip in 2001 I had the best filet of my life at Portabello's in DTD-I don't even know how to describe it and make it sound right-can a steak be creamy or buttery? Melt in your mouth AMAZING . We returned in 2002 and it wasn't nearly as good.
Recently I have to give the edge to Yachtsman.
I'm very glad to hear about Fulton's from a previous poster. This year we are eating there for the first time and I just can't eat most seafood, so that leaves the filet.
