Best DVC studio for a family of 4 with DS &DD ?

We would like to rent a DVC (try it out) the nest time we go to WDW.
Leaning towards to be in the EPCOT or MK area.

We would need to rent a DVC studio with 1 queen bed, a pull out couch and an area which would fit a blow-up twin air mattress, so our DS (age 18) & DD (age 15) will not sleep together.
We also need some drawer space,DD over packs, so GFV may be out of the question.

We could not afford the 1 bedroom DVC, so we are limited to a studio.

With that said - our choices would be BWV studio, BCV studio, or the CRV studio, unless the PolyV studio's are completed by the end of next year (2016)- possibly the GFV studio if we bring closet storage hangers with us.

Which do you think is best ?

None of the resorts you listed have 2 queen beds in studios. The only one is OKW. VGF has a queen bed, double sofabed and a pulldown, which would work for you. VWL has the same. BCV and BWV are renovating and adding them. Your daughter could sleep on the pulldown, my adult friend did (around 5'5"")

OKW - is not a favorite - DH likes monorails and boats to parks
WLV - we stayed at the WL, loved the resort, but my family did not like the pool.

GFV studio is a good possibility.

Would the BWV and BCV be renovated by late 2016 ?
Would they also have less drawer space like GFV?

Also my DD is only 5' 2" so she could sleep on a pulldown bed.

I think you may need to choose between drawer space and floor space. BCV and BWV have the most drawer space, but there will be very little room to move around when the beds are open. Poly is the largest studio but not much drawer space like VGF. BLT is the smallest studio overall and does not sleep 5.

They should definitely be done by then. The renovation just started at BWV and will start at BCV next month, so drawer space after the renovation is unknown.

That is true - didn't think about that! I have stayed at VWL since the renovation but don't recall what the drawer space was like. I do vividly remember how tight it was with all beds being used.

The WLV a have a four drawer dresser, but the table must be totally cleared off in order to access the pull out bed....no dresser in GFV or Poly studios. Remains to be seen what the rehab at BWV And BCV a will be...dresser or no dresser!

BCV and BWV are being refurbed and the drawer space is probably going away.

We would still love the Poly Villa Studio or the BW Villa Studio or the GF Villa Studio
Now to decide - going in 2016 !
I can not wait till we decide and I start packing

Now to watch this site for pictures/videos - maybe youtube too !

Please post your pictures and DIS - I would love a video of the new Poly Villa Studio's when they are completed !

Poly studio has the most square footage and has the pull down twin bed and 2 bathrooms. The pull out sofa is also a queen as opposed to a full.This seems to be ur best bet. I love BWV thou. But we don't know about drawer space once the renovation is complete. As for storage/ drawer space at poly it seems you have to get creative but can manage.. There are 2 drawers under the bed.... Plus space under the bed for suitcases to be stored..... There is more storage in the "ottoman".... And there are drawers in both bathrooms... Combine that with the closet which u can use the top shelf and use hanging shelves...if you get creative it can be done!
