Best DVC for Adult Solo Trip

I had a trip to WDW and a Disney Cruise booked for later this year, but due to a sudden medical issue, I had to cancel both and postpone until next year. Because of all this "fun" I decided to upgrade the trip next year and rent DVC points as it would be the same cost as staying at a Moderate, but would be at one of the Deluxe resorts. I'm looking to go next Fall (mid-late October) to enjoy the Food & Wine Festival, MNSSHP, etc. Which DVC is best for adults? Beach Club or Boardwalk Villas to be closer to EPCOT & Hollywood Studios? Polynesian? Copper Creek at the Wilderness Lodge?

Boardwalk is our favorite for fall adult only trips. Just FYI - boardwalk and beach club studios are VERY hard to get in October. Be ready before the 11 month window.

Boulder Ridge at WL is our favorite... Geyser Point, quiet setting. Easy access to MK. At Epcot, we like Yacht Club the best. Guaranteed balcony, recently refurbished rooms, seems to be fewer families (less hectic) than Beach Club and Boardwalk. Great restaurants and lounges.

I vote Boardwalk -- it's an awesome resort and the perfect location for adult-only trips.

Sorry you had to postpone your trip!

BC and BWK would be closest to Epcot, but those might be hard to get.

If you are looking for a room that is purely a fun place unto itself for adults to hang out, the treehouses are very unique!

If you plan on spending your time at food and wine festival, anything by Epcot would be good.

BCV would be my first choice with BWV a close second. We've stayed at both multiple times and just got back from a BCV trip this past Tuesday. The villas are SO convenient to EP (literally right next door) and the Marketplace is just steps away from the villas if you need food/drinks/snacks, etc. We also found BCV to be incredibly quiet. I love BWV as well and that will be closer to the path to DHS, but food/drinks, etc. are not as conveniently located. If I were renting, I would put BCV down as my first choice and BWV down as my second and be super happy with either one.

Agree with PP that Boardwalk and Beach Club are very difficult to book that time of year, unless you can find an owner to rent from at the 11 month mark. Even then, its tough. Beach Club is very small and popular, and both Beach Club and Boardwalk go fast due to the proximity to Epcot for Food & Wine. Fall is also the busiest season for DVC. DVC's busy season doesn't necessarily align with WDW's busy season.

AKV is relatively easy to book and is unique and very Disney-esque. Saratoga Springs should also be pretty easy to book, and has a walking path to Disney Springs which I think would be a nice option as a solo traveler.
