I would like to open a friendly competition of who has had the most magical b-day at wdw. when the postings slow to a crawl I will declare a winner.
me first.
this past july, on my b-day we started the day at Chef Mickey's where I received the plastic place setting with all the autographs and a cupcake (yes, at breakfast). We then headed to Epcot. I got my b-day pin right away and while in the Living Seas a castmember spotted me and next thing I know I was on the phone with Goofy wishing me a happy b-day. For lunch we went to Le Cellier and I received a wonderful free dessert after the waiter noticed my pin. And I had several happy birthday's shouted at me from castmember all through the world showcase.
I realize that my day was probably a typical disney b-day. But I wonder who had the best all-time. Contestants let the games begin

My DH turned 40 last October so this was his big b'day celebration (all week). Nearly everywhere we ate he got a cupcake with candle, pixie dust, cards signed by the characters (with 3 kids we ate at several character meals), and he was sung to. But I guess the part that made his b'day really special was when we had breakfast in the castle. Every princess (or "hottie" as he respectfully calls them
) came over to sign his b'day card and wish him a happy birthday. I also took his picture with each princess - looking back on that, he may have enjoyed that a little too much.
