Best Discount Ticket Brokers in Orlando

Has anybody ever had any experience with Ticketmania, they seem to have good prices?

I have used Undercovertourist before, but I find they don't have tickets I am looking for - the Wonder Works/Lazer Tag/All You Can Eat Pizza Dinner package.

They used to be the "official" ticket broker of mousesavers.com until Mary switched to Undercover Tourist. We've used them on several occasions with very good results. Once we had the tickets delivered to the house and they arrived in a week. The second time we left the purchase too late and had them delivered to us at the Grand Floridian. Again no problems; the package was waiting for us when we checked in.

Undercover Tourist also mails the tickets for free but as far as I can remember they do not deliver to local area hotels, which is why we went back to Ticketmania the second time.

I've used ticketmania multiple times and recommend them often. I have had 2 problems that were easily rectified. Once the package got rejected by customs, which they resent immediately with less "fluff" in the package (didn't need the tickets for a few months, so no rush) the second time I had them delivered to the Beach Club, but they weren't there upon my arrival. Apparently they got left in the trunk of their employees car that was on its way out of the state for the long weekend (didn't know he had them). They got me replacement tickets within a few hours with tonnes of apologies. Needless to say they've earned lots of my business and my trust!
