best decorated for christmas

i'm booking a trip for early dec. and am undecided where to stay. which resort would be decorated the best for the holidays. i'm thinking the wilderness lodge would be great at this time but am also considering the akl. i have stayed at the gf around the holidays and it was great. any opinions would be a help!

We stayed at WL over Thanksgiving one year. It was gorgeous!

WL/VWL, GF and AKL - are all nicely decorated.

WL is a nice one to stay at during the holiday season.
I also think that GF is well decorated. All of the resorts decorate and I think they all look nice, but WL is a favorite during christmas.

Yes, WL would be a great choice but you might have trouble finding a room. We couldn't find anything there for Dec 2-6 when we bookeed a couple months ago.

In my opinion GF has the best Christmas decorations.

We stayed last December at WL and it was beautifully decorated, just the place for Christmas with that huge fireplace!!! We visited the GF and it was so beautiful, but totally different. Everywhere you look there is something else to look at!!! Those are my top 2!!!

I like WL best at Christmas.

WL & AKL's dark colors lend themselves to Christmas decorations more than the pastel Beach Club or Boardwalk. Grand Floridian is pretty, too, in a department-store kind of way. Not nuts about the Poly. Contemporary doesn't really go with anything (IMHO).

I would love to stay at a deluxe, but my wallet cannot handle that at christmas! We are planning on hopping over to the deluxes to check them all out, though.

The only moderate I've seen at Christmas is CS, and I thought it was very well done.
