Best deals on gift cards -- Target?

Hi all,

I need to get some gifts and fast (DH bday is this weekend). I don't think I can order anything online at this point. Does Target have a good selection of gift cards? Are they 5% off with the Target card? I have heard of people buying Disney gift cards there--are they regularly stocked? Where would I find the gift cards? I am not sure I have ever really noticed them there. I'm looking to pick up Disney, Panera, Best Buy. Any other tips or suggestions? Thanks!

all gift cards that are not Target GiftCards you can get 5% off with your Target card, I know my store here in Georgia has Panara, Chilis, LongHorns, and mostly restaurants, I have never really looked at the selection too much as I am just there for the Disney cards but they can be found in the CD/DVD/Bluray section usually on an end cap, ours is facing the back wall of the store so they are not readily noticeable.
