Best deals for fleece for Linus blankets?

I have to make my blankets by 3/25 and just wondering where everyone got their deals on fleece and how much they ended up spending? There are three of us so we have to make 6 blankets.

We got ours at Joann's last night. We found fleece for $9.99/yard marked at 50% off. (I believe they have all fleece at 50% off this week.)

So - less than $10/blanket. We did just make teeny-tiny little snips to pull the fring through, rather than buying a seam ripper to make the holes.
